i don't know
real ryzen hours
https://pricespy.co.nz/list.php?l=236546 looks fine
Have some leeway from 480s in crossfire
Or is that truly needed for 1080p?
If intel reduces prices on 7700 ryzen will be btfo for gaymurs
for adults doing work ryzen is king
but do I need 2 x 480 for 1080p going forwards?
how long will 2 x 480 last for solid 1080p gaming vs 1 x 480?
having a 4gb 480 at 1.3Ghz it's doing ok
yeah, but how long is that
having two will definitely extend the effective lifespan of your gaming setup
ok going to be for
what do you mean by how long
upgrade wise
go as long as possible without the need of an upgrade
well it really depends on what you're doing and what you expect from your activities
if you want full 200fps at 1080p at max graphics for all future titles within the next 5 years then invest in three titans
We're aiming for 60fps @ 1080p
maybe dual monitor 2560x1080
if you're a casual gamer that doesn't really mind a small decrease in cosmetics, then 1 will probably last 5 years
by alot
I've had a 6850 for the past 7 years and it served me well
tfw 480-4 is more or less the same price than 1060-3 here
well if you're going for two monitors and want as much graphical performance for future titles, one 480 might last you 4 years at most, 3 if we're going with more triple A title releases
My original plan was a 6600k+GTX1070
having a second one buffs your times by 2 years, maybe even 4 if the industry goes slow
but ryzen is making that seem like, well, shit
honestly what are you doing with your pc, everyone says "futureproofing"
having more than one GPU is a meme, don't do that
xd
No.
