even i tend to do that with my shittier pans

2017-10-12 19:12:10 UTC

tho most autists care too much from their pans anyway

2017-10-12 19:12:32 UTC

>buy expensive pans and pots >only use them for "expensive" indegrients

2017-10-12 19:12:55 UTC

Xiaomi YEETlight

2017-10-12 19:14:15 UTC

meh, I like my stuff and outside of deglazing I don't abuse them.

2017-10-12 19:15:18 UTC

and deglazing aint even that abusive

2017-10-12 19:15:32 UTC

I baby my pans because I love them

2017-10-12 19:15:37 UTC

just saying that most people avoid basic mld dish-soaps even

2017-10-12 19:15:46 UTC

what is ridiculous

2017-10-12 19:15:47 UTC

That's pretty autistic

2017-10-12 19:16:19 UTC

i have yet meet the pan what would take a hit from basic dish soaps

2017-10-12 19:18:40 UTC

Coated ones

2017-10-12 19:18:45 UTC

even "oh so fragile" cast iron pans and their seasoning can easily take your average soaps without getting harmed

2017-10-12 19:18:50 UTC

it wont do jack shit to coated ones

2017-10-12 19:19:01 UTC

unles you have first broken it by overheating

2017-10-12 19:19:04 UTC

Oh for some reason thought you meant scrubbing

2017-10-12 19:20:00 UTC

Who thinks cast iron is fragile? Used mine to split wood because I watched Tangled and wanted to be the princess

2017-10-12 19:20:16 UTC

coated ones cant take steelwool pads but basic "plastic" pads easily (as water works as lubricant with them)

2017-10-12 19:20:25 UTC

its the movement not the force what does the cleaning job anyway

2017-10-12 19:20:56 UTC

many people continue spreading the heresy of "dont was your pan"

2017-10-12 19:21:13 UTC

what makes me wonder .. if chinks have cheap lodge copies

2017-10-12 19:21:41 UTC

Nah, it's the same in the states.

2017-10-12 19:22:18 UTC

Don't do anything scrape an old griddle in a restaurant because the old flavors season the meat

2017-10-12 19:22:26 UTC

Absolute fucking bullshit.

2017-10-12 19:22:30 UTC

ye

2017-10-12 19:23:57 UTC

Worked at two places, one place followed that meme and the burgers tasted slightly off every time, another was smooth stainless with cast iron backing scrubbed with grill scrubbers every time anyone had time, best burgers.

2017-10-12 19:24:36 UTC

i pushed tru the deal in last place i worked

2017-10-12 19:24:46 UTC

2017-10-12 19:24:55 UTC

2017-10-12 19:25:06 UTC

took me 12 hours or so but was worth it

2017-10-12 19:25:14 UTC

(sure workmate came in with the beer and "helped"

2017-10-12 19:25:16 UTC

2017-10-12 19:25:50 UTC

2017-10-12 19:26:18 UTC

i "fighted" over it like half of the year

2017-10-12 19:26:23 UTC

worth it

2017-10-12 19:26:38 UTC

other changes = got our woks switched to carbonsteel ones

2017-10-12 19:26:58 UTC

2017-10-12 19:27:03 UTC

you dont want to know

2017-10-12 19:28:10 UTC

2017-10-12 19:28:30 UTC

2017-10-12 19:28:36 UTC
