@Tribit t zanflare makes some good chargers and lights, even directly usb-rechargeable lights that don't cost an arm and a leg, which is pretty rare

OrangePi's are no good, all I hear is nothing but bad news from them. Not worth the small discount you'd get from a RaspberryPi
Rpi IO sucks tho(both usb ports and ethernet are sitting on single usb 2.0 lane), if you don't need graphics orange pi or banana pi are just fine
Usually the only problem with them is lack of gpu drivers.
