Might have set it wrong

2017-11-12 04:31:43 UTC

it blows air into your lungs, not sure if its the same thing as what your talking about

2017-11-12 04:31:52 UTC

Should be gentle pushing, not blowing

2017-11-12 04:31:56 UTC

what the CPAP machine does is it pressurizes your airwaves

2017-11-12 04:32:05 UTC

about as gentle as a fucking hairdryer

2017-11-12 04:32:10 UTC

so you don't snore the fuck out of your room mates

2017-11-12 04:32:22 UTC

also so you don't die

2017-11-12 04:32:45 UTC

its a lose lose scenario <:hms:311152554618912768>

2017-11-12 04:33:14 UTC

yeah, pretty shit situation to be in tbh

2017-11-12 04:33:26 UTC

roommates and gf tell me my snoring is loud as fuck

2017-11-12 04:33:58 UTC

Nah your pretty quit never heard you snoring

2017-11-12 04:34:06 UTC

Try a lot of heavy cardio and the meditation to control breathing

2017-11-12 04:34:09 UTC

> pretty quit

2017-11-12 04:34:26 UTC

If ur a fat fuck losing weight does help a ton

2017-11-12 04:34:35 UTC

I snored when I wasn't a fat fuck

2017-11-12 04:34:49 UTC

I am a fat fuck now though

2017-11-12 04:34:57 UTC

added layers of blubber make everything worse

2017-11-12 04:35:55 UTC

when i was fatter than i am now i had some wierd ass problem where when i drifted to sleep i would feel like a was falling for a second, that shit would put me 110% awake in an instant and my heartrate would rocket, thought it was sp00ky ghosts for years

2017-11-12 04:36:27 UTC

hah, I have experienced that a few times in the past

2017-11-12 04:36:27 UTC

turns out its just your body noticing your heartrate is falling too fast and fucking with your senses because it thinks your about to die

2017-11-12 04:36:49 UTC

like, you're falling asleep too fast?

2017-11-12 04:37:28 UTC

why live if you're not even good at falling asleep

2017-11-12 04:37:29 UTC

nah, i think it was something to do with your heartrate and breathing dropping faster than your body is comfortable with, like reverse sleep paralysis

2017-11-12 04:37:30 UTC

<:hms:311152554618912768>

2017-11-12 04:38:28 UTC

huh... CPAP machines are pretty affordable at ~$300

2017-11-12 04:38:50 UTC

my family and I were told we could spend upwards of $1000

2017-11-12 04:38:59 UTC

are you american?

2017-11-12 04:39:03 UTC

you have apnea?

2017-11-12 04:39:06 UTC

For a good one, yeah

2017-11-12 04:39:33 UTC

Can a bad one kill you? @johnfrum

2017-11-12 04:39:51 UTC

yes, I have obstructive sleep apnea

2017-11-12 04:39:53 UTC

Nah, increase of people having sleep.apnea has lead to some super neat things.

2017-11-12 04:40:11 UTC

no, but it can not work properly which may lead to your death

2017-11-12 04:40:25 UTC

Humidity control, sleep tracking ect ect

2017-11-12 04:40:32 UTC

the only real problem is the loud snoring really. I don't get the "choking" during sleep I used to anymore

2017-11-12 04:40:52 UTC

research whatever chink machine you buy, hopefully its just a copy of a western model

2017-11-12 04:41:04 UTC

without the 800 of manufacturing and licencing costs

2017-11-12 04:41:39 UTC

really activates your almonds when you see some of the differences in price between chinkshit and american shit

2017-11-12 04:42:01 UTC

Don't need it for a basic stuff though, just run a humidifier in the room

2017-11-12 04:42:06 UTC

like all those handmade toshiba instruments that have identical chinese equivilants for a 5th the price

2017-11-12 04:42:21 UTC

I'd have a hard time trusting a chink CPAP machine <:thenk:329322130804047872>
