ah shit, it's a mask for the CPAP machine, something I need but don't have
not whatewash, i forget what the boards of plaster are called
ape brain is failing me
well, you reminded me I could find anti-snoring shit on aliex, so I'm looking for other shit now
Why do you wear the mask?
fucking kek, there are CPAP machines on aliex
Why not, just a motor and a mask
but wat baout the botnet <:thenk:329322130804047872>
Want to get my dad one but he's stubborn about it.
i was hooked up to one of those things for sleep apnea once, rather die than live with one of them
its like a hairdryer down your throat
do you still have sleep apnea?
no i never had it, just used a friends one for shits and giggles
Might have set it wrong
it blows air into your lungs, not sure if its the same thing as what your talking about
Should be gentle pushing, not blowing
what the CPAP machine does is it pressurizes your airwaves
about as gentle as a fucking hairdryer
also so you don't die
its a lose lose scenario <:hms:311152554618912768>
yeah, pretty shit situation to be in tbh
roommates and gf tell me my snoring is loud as fuck
Nah your pretty quit never heard you snoring
Try a lot of heavy cardio and the meditation to control breathing
> pretty quit
If ur a fat fuck losing weight does help a ton
I snored when I wasn't a fat fuck
I am a fat fuck now though
added layers of blubber make everything worse
when i was fatter than i am now i had some wierd ass problem where when i drifted to sleep i would feel like a was falling for a second, that shit would put me 110% awake in an instant and my heartrate would rocket, thought it was sp00ky ghosts for years
hah, I have experienced that a few times in the past
turns out its just your body noticing your heartrate is falling too fast and fucking with your senses because it thinks your about to die
like, you're falling asleep too fast?
why live if you're not even good at falling asleep
nah, i think it was something to do with your heartrate and breathing dropping faster than your body is comfortable with, like reverse sleep paralysis

huh... CPAP machines are pretty affordable at ~$300
my family and I were told we could spend upwards of $1000
