diy using silver cables from a diy audio store ;)

2018-09-23 00:40:26 UTC

that is good way to kill your phone, remember kids your phone is like werewolf,it does not mix well with silver. just buy some Orico TM quaility cable.

2018-09-23 01:48:38 UTC

and also a good way to burn down your home

2018-09-23 01:48:53 UTC

thanks for the recommendations, i'll check em

2018-09-23 02:39:17 UTC

received a knockoff charger for my thinkpad today

2018-09-23 02:40:21 UTC

it didn't come with a cable to the wall, but that was as advertised. plugging it into my thinkpad did not result in loud noises or magic smoke. it even manages to run off ac. electrical noise is obvious through the 3.5mm jack though

2018-09-23 02:42:07 UTC

at $9.65, compared to $59.99 msrp for the legit charger, it's really good

2018-09-23 03:55:10 UTC

I've never been okay with chink bricks; that's the only part I'll always buy OEM for the consequences of it being poorly built.

2018-09-23 03:56:30 UTC

yea fuckin with chinese power shit is sketchy unless you're electrically minded and can decipher if its safe or not on your own

2018-09-23 04:33:56 UTC

is it really that hard lol

2018-09-23 05:55:54 UTC

just use a volt meter

2018-09-23 05:56:47 UTC

2018-09-23 05:56:59 UTC

its not about power output

2018-09-23 05:57:05 UTC

its about surge protection type shit

2018-09-23 05:57:28 UTC

unless you can vet them properly just stay away from chinese psu's

2018-09-23 06:06:27 UTC

How do I find OEM Xiaomi parts? I'm being drowned in counterfeits.

2018-09-23 06:40:55 UTC
