Gaterons are a good choice for linears, but fuck linears.

Gaterons are real smooth, but they don't make really satisfying clicky/tactile ones :(

QC was always the Kailh problem, not how nice they felt.

If you're going to put money into a nice board, I'd buy a switch sampler first. If you're not, I'd just follow /r/buildapcsales for a couple weeks and snag something that's about what you'd like.

Can't remember which seller, can check later, but there's a good seller on Ali that has a BUNCH of real big switch samplers.
