FYI, you can now post `s.click` links from mobile even if there's the danger that they might be ref links. The bot will delete them automatically and replace them with good links

its getting new superpowers by the day
1GB RAM + GbEthernet
3x USB 2.0 connected to CPU (not shared like rpi)
if you want usb 3.0 get the new opi 3 https://www.cnx-software.com/2019/01/19/orange-pi-3-allwinner-h6-sbc/
but armbian doesn't support it yet
get a JMS578 based USB->sata adapter
I have the original orange pi PC as a NAS and just bought the PC2 to upgrade to GbE
original works fine if you can stand 100mbit
>Allwinner
the h3 and h5 work fine
for a NAS
nanopi make a nas dock kit but it's expensive https://www.friendlyarm.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=222
+ nanopi neo 2
the hw video encoder in the h5 isn't supported yet but should be in next kernel release
Mine was dropping cores because of it
the nanopi?
opi pc
the smaller boards get hotter
are you running armbian?
the stock OS overvolts the CPU IIRC
you need armbian
Had the same happen with armbian
Right now it's working as a dust collector
how long ago did you test it?
i've had my opipc running for 2 years
temps don't go above 35 degrees
Must've been 3 or 4 years ago
it runs 15-20 above ambient
you can downclock the processor, use conservative governor
it only gets hot if you peg the CPU
my pc2 seems to throttle at around 67 degrees, down to 1ghz
