FYI, you can now post `s.click` links from mobile even if there's the danger that they might be ref links. The bot will delete them automatically and replace them with good links

I have the original orange pi PC as a NAS and just bought the PC2 to upgrade to GbE

2019-01-27 17:28:31 UTC

original works fine if you can stand 100mbit

2019-01-27 17:28:31 UTC

>Allwinner

2019-01-27 17:30:13 UTC

2019-01-27 17:31:57 UTC
2019-01-27 17:32:14 UTC

2019-01-27 17:34:29 UTC

are you running armbian?

2019-01-27 17:34:53 UTC

the stock OS overvolts the CPU IIRC

2019-01-27 17:35:00 UTC

you need armbian

2019-01-27 17:35:05 UTC

Had the same happen with armbian

2019-01-27 17:35:19 UTC

Right now it's working as a dust collector

2019-01-27 17:35:42 UTC

how long ago did you test it?

2019-01-27 17:35:47 UTC

i've had my opipc running for 2 years

2019-01-27 17:36:29 UTC

temps don't go above 35 degrees

2019-01-27 17:36:42 UTC

Must've been 3 or 4 years ago

2019-01-27 17:37:29 UTC

it runs 15-20 above ambient

2019-01-27 17:38:07 UTC

you can downclock the processor, use conservative governor

2019-01-27 17:38:31 UTC

it only gets hot if you peg the CPU
