It was made vague in places on purpose...to limit specifics against the individual...it is not dated at all though...
The law doesnt protect anyone...it convicts people after the fact
Language is dated, over time interpretation of specific words and phrases change
Right...interpretation...it is not meant for interpretation, that gives party to bias and leads to what we have presently
It is meant to restrict government...and the gubment has been long unrestricted
I hope you choose another career friend...
Im choosing this career because I want to protect others from those who wish them harm. I don't give a fuck if people hate me for it.
Ok fair enough and I know several that feel the same way...you already admitted you agreed the 4th doesn't stand and a cop can arbitrarily violate someone's person or privacy based on a supreme court ruling...so riddle me this...
mate I am just throwing this out there
Why is the safety of a cop paramount to a citizen's? Why does the cop get to point his gun at me for his safety, but vise versa and I'm a criminal?
maybe this could alienate a potential ally and drive schisms in a potentially unified front and therefore might not be the greatest idea ever?
What's not? 🤔 having a little debate on the debate channel?
"Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
a kinda targeted one at a single user?
No no...I was debating his opinions with mine...it wasn't to target.
I mean you kinda out of nowhere @'d him
Because police are charged with protecting the general public. Unless the cops are rounding up citizens or attempting to take your weapons there is no reason.
4 hours after his comment
If I was a cop and I'm not doing fedboi shit and you pointed a gun at me, you bet your ass I'd dust you.
Yeah he said he wouldn't enforce a law that breaks another because he respects the constitution...so I brought a regular part of procedure for all LE...violating the 4th
If your car smells like crank its reasonable cause.
With a warrant specific to that car and you and that substance...according to the 4th
I personally like the WV approach. They are currently working on passing a bill to abolish federal gun law in the state. No NFA. They are attempting to make it so any state employee who assists in violating a citizens 2A will be fired and not allowed to return to service.
Hellz yeah
Actually smelling a substance was recently ruled not probable cause
This is how I'm living. Anyone helpless or becoming a victim gets my help.
Am I dyslexic or...
Yes
No it's not just a cop thing. It's a man thing
Lol damn phone
This is how I'm living...defeat tyranny...or die trying
Lol my tattoo is a rainbow lion (not gay had a mushroom phase) and I’m a Leo. Like the sign now law enforcement
My issue is with the policy...the procedure...not the actual good people trying to make a difference
Flag is my favorite right now
So my thing with drug “crime” is unless you are abusing your spouse or neglecting your child who is the victim?
