I have been thinking about leftism in the modern day, do you think the levels of technology and military power helps sure up the power of the state where revolution like in the 19th century might not even be possible?

@quiscalus leftists have extremely low odds of doing a revolution, i mean for the most part they're anti guns, they're vegans, and they only resort to using flag poles and knives to fight
@quiscalus but if ur talking about if goverment has enough power to stop a revolution, well yes i'd say so. but if there's enough anger in citizens, and enough soldiers to take on a army, then they might achieve a coup d etat

I imagined States like China or even relative democracies like the US are technologically advanced enough to stop diminish revolutionary action along with having a clear technological advantage when it comes to actual combat
In 1848 or 1917 the technology of the state militarily was very similar to the revolutionaries be it horses, rifles, cannons, etc. Now States have clear air superiority, mobile armor, along with huge informational advantages like drones and the like.
