So capitalism is natural because plutocracy? Trickle down economics?

2018-07-12 04:57:12 UTC

I'm not sure I'm following how this makes capitalism 1) natural or 2) a good thing

2018-07-12 04:57:25 UTC

Look up free market communism

2018-07-12 04:57:37 UTC

Look up worker owned companies

2018-07-12 04:57:40 UTC

So if I wanted to open a business in socialism, how would that work?

2018-07-12 04:57:50 UTC

You pay people what they're worth

2018-07-12 04:57:58 UTC

How would I get the money to start a business?

2018-07-12 04:58:00 UTC

The value they create

2018-07-12 04:58:08 UTC

Grassroots funding

2018-07-12 04:58:39 UTC

One of the big flaws of capitalism is that for some reason ppl think we need the gross excess of consumer products to function.

2018-07-12 04:58:39 UTC

Herein lies the communism comparisons. The businesses, because of their "too big to fail" policy that they have bought through the government has become the downfall of capitalism. Now, companies like amazon, general motors, etc., are becoming state run, socialized businesses like from the ussr. We have become so worried about the defense of capitalism that we have turned it into communism.

2018-07-12 04:58:56 UTC

If your idea isn't needed there's no capitalism to say it's special

2018-07-12 04:58:59 UTC

That is why current american capitalism is closer to communism than feudalism

2018-07-12 04:59:05 UTC

No investors to make you into a cash cow

2018-07-12 04:59:15 UTC

There

2018-07-12 04:59:17 UTC

Lol

2018-07-12 04:59:20 UTC

In capitalism i get a loan from a bank, I pay for a franchise, then I pay the bank back with profits until I cover my starting cost

2018-07-12 04:59:26 UTC

Theres your answer

2018-07-12 04:59:43 UTC

Yeah and you can do the same with the people instead of the bankers

2018-07-12 04:59:48 UTC

@BottlenekDolfin or create your own

2018-07-12 04:59:51 UTC

No ownership needed

2018-07-12 04:59:57 UTC

A people owned bank?

2018-07-12 05:00:03 UTC

The people themselves

2018-07-12 05:00:06 UTC

No middle man

2018-07-12 05:00:07 UTC

Banking also isnt capitalist

2018-07-12 05:00:09 UTC

Lol

2018-07-12 05:00:23 UTC

@PugSlugger how are crony monopolies close to stateless, classles and moneyless societies?

2018-07-12 05:00:33 UTC

The ownership of capital and it's trade in exchange for ownership of labor is Capitalism.

2018-07-12 05:00:46 UTC

Whatever else that's used under a system like that is trivial

2018-07-12 05:00:47 UTC

@Deleted User wew ill write more paragraphs if you want lol

2018-07-12 05:01:25 UTC

"not capitalism" doesn't matter when the system as a whole is based on the ownership of labor and exploitation of the working class

2018-07-12 05:02:02 UTC

Basic marxism is just that it's in the business owners best interesr to treat his workers has poorly as he can

2018-07-12 05:02:07 UTC

No one but the laboror owns the labor lol. Didnt you ever hear "is a man not entitled to the sweat of his brow?"

2018-07-12 05:02:11 UTC

Also yeah American Capitalism is not in any form close to Communism.

2018-07-12 05:02:24 UTC

Maybe MLM but you need to stop talking to tankies
