And we’re all autistic
You don’t want to be here
i'm fine with autism
and you're gonna have to define leftist in this context for me
It’s about 1/4 left of center and then 3/4 center to right
sounds like the goddamn L I B E R A L S took over
The constant raids from fascist servers over the course of time has taken its toll
;_;
Oh also there are 2 incredibly annoying dipshits who are very active
It's like it's the late 20s germany but on the internet
Its true
gangs of internet cybercriminals having fistfights in the streets(or tubes for the experts) of the interwebs
^
Well of the people who are active here it’s about 50-50
Whatever you do don’t have eye contact with @Mr. X or @PugSlugger
And you should be fine
so where on the spectrum would you put yourself
not the autism one
Well I’m mostly a libertarian capitalist but I’m here to learn and observe
I rarely actually debate anybody
well don't take it personally but i really don't understand how anyone can think libertarianism is a good way to structure society
like people accuse socialism of "being against human nature" and "it just doesn't work"
but oh boy does that apply to libertarianism instead, so much
Oh no I agree
Libertarianism has its limits I’m not a full-on hardcore libertarian
I actually hate those people
Radical libertarianism is essentially as bad as anarcho capitalism
so what then, actually more of a liberal/libertarian hybrid?
what would even be the difference there
in the end
I mean yeah I’d say so
its weird, can't really put libertarianism left of liberal but not really right of it either
it sort of forks away it seems
Well libertarianism is my main guiding philosophy but I also acknowledge it has its limits so I’m willing to impose regulations and laws to make sure society doesn’t crumble under it
so that's basically the neocon status quo
Well see all neocons describe themselves that way
But they’re all authoritarians
so how would your libertarian structure avoid authoritarianism to enforce the regulations neccessary?
They use that as a pretense to create a surveillance state
yeah i suppose the neocon state of affairs has slipped pretty deep down that rabbit hole in the past decade or two
something that is really concerning to me actually
