@Smiter-IL I believe the family engraving comes from German WWII material, it's not original to AW, and we certainly do not want to copy & paste images from German paramilitary recruitment documents.

The resolution should be a decent amount more than is needed. If you "download original" I'm not sure what could be the cause for the issue.
