If you want fire propaganda out of Chicago, that's somewhat reliant on those 3 goys who want to help out. A lot easier to get great visuals of 6 guys with a banner and flares than 3.

I have some ideas I have worked out, but I am wagecucking right now.

I splurged on some glossy photopaper. Definitely helped them look extra crisp. I put them up near two super busy crosswalks so hopefully they get some traffic.
