Ya looks like you going a bit more fat than muscle with your bulk, probably just a diet issue, make sure your in a caloric deficit and in taking more protein and healthy fats than carbs and you should be gold

I lift weights for about an hour then run a mile in a half on cardio days and do 30 min abs with my lifting on non cardio days

I worked on cars professionally without a lift, on a creeper, for like a year
