I'd want him to be called out for any broken promises. Leave means fucking leave, don't break that promise.
Depends what he means by "basic values," doesn't it?
I know it's made in bad faith, but he still has at least one good point. This isn't looking specifically at BoJo himself either, any politician should be called out for lying or breaking promices. It's sad to see remoaners thinking that point 1 is a method of attack and not just basic duty of citizens. Then again, I guess they're used to their politicians lying and getting away with it because it's their side
Aye, it does
"we want him to keep his promises"
"also, stay in the eu"

New speaker might be good tbh

im surprised speaker would have any control over it
hahahaha
the fucking state of partisan politics:
speaker that was previously a tory, obvious labourite
speaker that was previously labour, an obvious tory
Isn't sargoy one of the rich now, do we kill him when the peoples revolution happens <:Communist:462285823824494592>
Hoyle is just being impartial, which is something Bercow can't do
170k a year? Corbyn will see to this.
Oh wait
Well fucking yeah
Have you seen what MPs are paid?
Or Ministers?
Dom also has personally limited his pay because too many civil servants decide magically that they're worth a quarter of a million or more.
He’s also the man who engineered our Christmas miracle.
Give him a bonus.
I think MPs should be paid the average of the people they serve
Good idea.
You know? A third of what they would like to be paid
Also
Fuck london
Eh
I disagree
MPs should be paid a lot
but I'd say double the average salary.
And actually link it.
So when the people get wealthier
they get wealthier
Or maybe they should be paid the average income of their constituency as an insensitive to actually do something in impoverished areas
Yeah there’s a reason MPs aren’t paid cheap wages. Literally any time in history where you do that corruption runs rampant. It would make many MPs in the poorer areas reliant on their second jobs or underhanded forms of income.
It’s a nice edgy idea but it’s not very good in particular for poor communities irl.
