My phone ran down to like 3% chrge

I plugged it into my charger which is a turbo one

And it went from 3% to 27% in about 20 seconds

Sounds like a dying battery

Your phone is gonna show about 30% when it's about to run out, keep that in mind in case you need it for something important

Especially if its cold out

If you had it fully discharged for an extended time, or left plugged at 100% for too long you reduced its capacity
