then the motion just becomes the new normal
but if you keep at it you can get super lungs

all you need to do is take things slowly at first
then again I'm a lizard
@Sarahdale it helps build up your lungs and stuff
Then do those lizard push ups
its why they sing in the army while jogging
it also helps you keep rhythm and pace
I know. It helped a lot in the ring when I still was into boxing
Cadence was the best part about running in formation in the Marines.

@Tubby the Skelly Bones if you use a preselected playlist you can manage the intensity of the music

for example you could kee your motivational songs such as "live to win" in a specific playlist
idk maybe I have psychological issues or something but I truly am so ugly that being in shape won't help enough to like...do anything
I listen almost exclusively to metal and rock
Basically, if you want to eat cake without concern.. you gotta spend the time burning the shit off.
