@baiyn Yeah, it's kinda like this. Usually when people do that, it's either out of moral principles or for the sake of ecnomic gain. Like messing with your neighbours cause it may lead you to be able to take their car for your own or because you disagree with whatever the neighbours do (whatever it may be, from selling drugs to having garden gnomes)

So whether it's good depends on the particular cause of why who is messing with who.

No, nuking isn't justified. Huge collateral, you may cripple the regime but not destroy it but you will surely punish many innocents already suffering under the regime
