The problem is not the doctors that are coming in. It's the doctors that are leaving.

2019-12-13 21:31:42 UTC

@JackH670 ill be on vc later but to sum it up not shocked, running against brexit when most of the people want it is retarded

2019-12-13 21:31:59 UTC

you will never 100% get rid of crime, just as you will never 100% get rid of competition

2019-12-13 21:32:00 UTC

@Seven Proxies im running errands at the moment , do you vc?

2019-12-13 21:32:01 UTC

how so? if it's cheaper to train to be a nurse and done via a tiered system, where you are required to do on the job training/residency, with higher NVQs qualifying you to do X types of procedures or day to day things a nurse does.

2019-12-13 21:32:12 UTC

oh he's self aware

2019-12-13 21:32:14 UTC

interesting

2019-12-13 21:32:17 UTC

I wonder why someone in a global society would flee when new people come in, and the standards lowered

2019-12-13 21:32:29 UTC

are you a britbong @Reprehensibletrash ?

2019-12-13 21:32:39 UTC

2019-12-13 21:32:54 UTC

Actually there are loads of doctors, secret fact the army has hundreds of them that the nhs *COULD* use but does not, same for medics tbh

2019-12-13 21:32:56 UTC

Am I British? Why?

2019-12-13 21:32:59 UTC

any socialist worth their salt hates the EU

2019-12-13 21:33:04 UTC

@Reprehensibletrash i just wondered if you knew what NVQs/SVQs were

2019-12-13 21:33:13 UTC

You're the idiot who thinks race is irrelevant, why would you care where I live?

2019-12-13 21:33:13 UTC

@Saul he is american

2019-12-13 21:33:15 UTC

but you will so it's ok

2019-12-13 21:33:17 UTC

Most Commies aren't pro-eu

2019-12-13 21:33:23 UTC

even in the EU

2019-12-13 21:33:31 UTC

@Saul yeah, they hate it because it demonstrates they're wrong

2019-12-13 21:33:34 UTC

no it's just so i know if you know what im on about with the qualifications

2019-12-13 21:33:38 UTC

only good thing about them'

2019-12-13 21:33:40 UTC

There are literally thousands of army medics that would love to work in British hospitals and hundreds of doctors who swan off because the army is easier than the NHS tbh

2019-12-13 21:34:00 UTC

@Storin Swan off?

2019-12-13 21:34:03 UTC

It was harder for me to work in a British A&E then it was for me to work in a cypriot or foreign one

2019-12-13 21:34:08 UTC

i dont want the standards lowered, i want mass immigration to end & want us to train native nurses and doctors as opposed to relying on the crutch of shitty unpopular mass immigration from third world shit holes

2019-12-13 21:34:18 UTC

Yea swan off- British soldiers only work 3 days a week dude

2019-12-13 21:34:27 UTC

And doctors who are GDMO's work even less

2019-12-13 21:34:28 UTC

@Storin fuck really?

2019-12-13 21:34:35 UTC

Im hella jealous

2019-12-13 21:34:36 UTC

That's because most commies are only interested in things getting better for themselves. This is why national socialism is the only real socialism. As soon as the citizenry aren't seeing the benefit, there's no point to living under that socialist regime.

2019-12-13 21:34:38 UTC

Now RMO's work all hours, but GDMO's work light hours

2019-12-13 21:34:41 UTC

@Saul I'm not fully opposed to unionization though. My big issue with labour unions is that they often end up becoming fronts for hostile socialist takeovers.

My grandfather inherited a business from his father. He was very much a classical liberal and entrepeneur. But here's the thing, he made it his personal virtue not to mess with the labour union his workers were in. He tried to be as agreeable to their requests as the budget would allow. And in turn enjoyed a very mutually beneficial arrangement with them.

He saw the union as a good way for employees to maintain a decent level of leverage during negotiations with their employers, because being a businessman he knew that there were far less scrupulous employers than him. So he understood that employees needed unions to push for decent conditions and wages, because if they had to fight that battle as individuals, alone, they would be completely fucked over by the less scrupulous kind of employers.

What boggles my mind is why the union reps can't see this and why they don't disinfect their labour unions of socialist firebrands more to further trust between employers and labour unions.
