@Danacrag Don't be a Cypher. Be a Neo.

Later

2019-12-13 23:04:44 UTC

The location of solar panels is irrelevant, because the force of electricity decreases by distance. Unless you want to live very close to those panels, the electricity won't be enough to power a city

2019-12-13 23:04:47 UTC

@Danacrag you cry for attention everyday

2019-12-13 23:04:52 UTC

Yep

2019-12-13 23:04:54 UTC

Its why you are still here

2019-12-13 23:05:04 UTC

I cannot be helped tho. So please ignore me

2019-12-13 23:05:18 UTC

No, I refuse.

2019-12-13 23:05:38 UTC

But yeah, the issue with Fukushima wasn't the reactor, it was the tsunami

2019-12-13 23:05:47 UTC

@Danacrag reverse psychology

2019-12-13 23:06:13 UTC

And no it wasn't safe. Outside the evacuation zone the exposure was one rad an hour

2019-12-13 23:06:29 UTC

Lies, solar panels are tsunami proof.

2019-12-13 23:06:34 UTC

Greetings cringelings

2019-12-13 23:06:39 UTC

No one measures radiation in rads

2019-12-13 23:06:47 UTC

What are you even doing

2019-12-13 23:06:47 UTC
2019-12-13 23:06:50 UTC

And, a little reminder, America's safe standard for radiation exposure is 0.5 sieverts per year

2019-12-13 23:06:59 UTC

One rad is 100 sieverts

2019-12-13 23:07:10 UTC

@Hexidecimark roentgen

2019-12-13 23:07:16 UTC

Is the right measurement

2019-12-13 23:07:20 UTC

for most cases

2019-12-13 23:07:23 UTC

@Hexidecimark that's wrong

2019-12-13 23:07:32 UTC

@Reprehensibletrash no its correct

2019-12-13 23:07:49 UTC

It is correct

2019-12-13 23:07:55 UTC

rad is outdated

2019-12-13 23:07:59 UTC

Evil has taken over the UK

2019-12-13 23:08:04 UTC

if you were in the 50s then maybe

2019-12-13 23:08:10 UTC

Outdated by how many years?

2019-12-13 23:08:21 UTC

20 or so i think

2019-12-13 23:08:21 UTC

I've been to nuclear plants, they measure in REM & miliREM, which are based on roentgen

2019-12-13 23:08:48 UTC

Then convert that and tell us how high the legal exposure rate in the US is today

2019-12-13 23:08:51 UTC

wait not 20

2019-12-13 23:08:58 UTC

i keep thinking its 2000

2019-12-13 23:09:09 UTC

50 or so years its been outdated

2019-12-13 23:10:11 UTC

Also you can't technically convert freely between the two

2019-12-13 23:10:11 UTC

Well it's still in the law, listed as sievert. If rads are outdated, than these laws need rewriting.

2019-12-13 23:10:16 UTC

Guys

2019-12-13 23:10:30 UTC

Laws always are outdated

2019-12-13 23:10:32 UTC

Even bismark agrees epstein didn't killhimself lol

2019-12-13 23:10:35 UTC

Get used to it
