@atomic yeah rogue one had the death troopers, imperial ground crew, 3 shoretrooper Variants, and hovertank pilots, solo had the range troopers, patrol troopers, mudtroopers, and mimban stormtroopers, episodes 7-9 introduced FO stormtroopers, FO snow troopers, flame troopers, jet troopers, sith troopers, sith jet troopers, executioner stormtroopers, FO AT-AT drivers, FO tie pilots, and FO crew members. Everyone loves the empire and first order so making a shit ton of different troopers is super profitable.

I'm actually miffed by their presence in Fallen Order.

My ideas were this:
1) Add a scene before Rey meets Han where we see that the republic are incompetent politicians who refuse to fight the FIrst Order because they don't want another galatic conflict

2) Have Starkiller's splitting beams destroy the **SUNS** of every main republic world, an escalation stroke that would certainly have allowed the takeover in TLJ to make sense, even if Starkiller was destroyed, a fact not widely known outside the resistance after the destruction

3) Don't destroy starkiller IMO, just disable it so that it can be used as a mobile planet of First Order goons

But not that much. Is a good game.
