When countries like Niger are expected to have a 53.2% growth to 34 million by 2030, it's really a drop in the bucket compared to China's projection of 1.45 Billion by 2030.

For the west it isn't though, China is Stable and Modern, Niger is a shithole where most people want to migrate

Sure, but to suggest countries just discovering stability are going to be "over-capacity" before Europeans and East Asians is simply wrong.

Niger doesn’t have the same carrying capacity as China does. It’s mostly desert and their people are dumb, so they won’t be building high civilization to deal with the population boom.

With sizable oil reserves and gold/coal resources, they have plenty of natural resources to sustain growth.

I would argue it's a good thing. They have a micro-population compared to the rest of the world, with plentiful resources that can be traded with 1st world countries.

You can have population growth without stability, but stability helps.
