what does selishness even have to do with this

2019-12-12 04:48:59 UTC

again, points flying right over your heads

2019-12-12 04:49:03 UTC

If you have potential to be in or out of accord with a standard you 1) are not purely actual and 2) are imperfect

2019-12-12 04:58:39 UTC

So either god doesn’t have desires(which brings another host of problems) or god does and the Christian view is incoherent

2019-12-12 05:00:33 UTC

The supreme is all around us, its immaterial but it does have human avatars

2019-12-12 05:00:41 UTC

every couple thousand years

2019-12-12 05:03:53 UTC

@Veraic thats so irrelevant

2019-12-12 05:04:25 UTC

What is the topic?

2019-12-12 05:04:42 UTC

its not, the supreme does not have desires as a human does, the Lord is above those things

2019-12-12 05:05:17 UTC

A human avatar does not have the same desires as a normal person as well, because of their holyness and oneness with the Lord

2019-12-12 05:05:29 UTC

So how does a supreme have desires

2019-12-12 05:05:56 UTC

Of course a supreme being has desires, though they are disimilar to humans. What is the issue?

2019-12-12 05:05:56 UTC

the Body is what causes desires, the soul does not

2019-12-12 05:06:40 UTC

So how does a supreme have desires

2019-12-12 05:07:06 UTC

@Blueroad What is the issue with a God harbouring desires?

2019-12-12 05:07:20 UTC

I’ve explained it earlier on just scroll up

2019-12-12 05:07:33 UTC

And this only applies to an abrahamic god or anything similar to it

2019-12-12 05:07:42 UTC

Where?

2019-12-12 05:07:49 UTC

I just told you where

2019-12-12 05:07:53 UTC

Scroll up

2019-12-12 05:08:18 UTC

ah just so anyone wondering, i am not talking about an Abrahamic view on God

2019-12-12 05:08:21 UTC

"Up" is not the clearest statement.

2019-12-12 05:08:39 UTC

lol that was clear

2019-12-12 05:09:02 UTC

Make the screen you are currently viewing pan up by either swiping your finger or by scrolling with a mouse

2019-12-12 05:09:06 UTC

Sorry for being unclear

2019-12-12 05:09:18 UTC

Oml.

2019-12-12 05:09:25 UTC

It's all g.

2019-12-12 05:09:26 UTC

@Veraic in what sense does god have desires on your view

2019-12-12 05:09:39 UTC

If not in the sense that humans have them

2019-12-12 05:10:05 UTC

What is in common for human desires and supreme desires that leads you to calling both of them desires

2019-12-12 05:10:34 UTC

in the sense that the Lord will descend down into earth every so often to mitigate the anxieties of the pure disciples, as well as to reestablish the principles of Religion.

2019-12-12 05:10:54 UTC

the desire to keep the natural order, and faith going and growing

2019-12-12 05:10:57 UTC

Yeah that doesn’t answer the question

2019-12-12 05:11:04 UTC

I’ll post it again

2019-12-12 05:11:10 UTC

What is in common for human desires and supreme desires that leads you to calling both of them desires

2019-12-12 05:12:21 UTC

desire is a thing you want or crave, the only thing common about the 2 is that the Lord wishes for his disciples to keep the faith growing and continuing the worship of him, fi that were to stop then he sends himself down to personally correct it.

2019-12-12 05:12:33 UTC

its not like he needs to sleep, eat or drink anything like that

2019-12-12 05:12:38 UTC

unless hes in a human form

2019-12-12 05:12:45 UTC

Ok so god does want things

2019-12-12 05:12:47 UTC

its kinda hard to articulate

2019-12-12 05:12:57 UTC

I don’t know why you’re complicating it
