National standard, while I am usually a fan of state autonomy when it comes to education from what I’ve seen it usually leads to disaster.
Privatized schools can have a place but they should be under strict state supervision and need to certify that they are not falling under the state standard

Educational reform on compulsory education while also creating a unified national
framework, national standards, core curriculum, and guidelines for schools to follow, will give
success and prosperity for the nation. Schools nationwide will now be directly controlled by the
federal state no longer allowing for slight regional differences in educational approach. I wish for a
more classical education system of Trivium & Quadrivium expanding to practical skills in high
school (shop class, auto repair, home-ec, etc). Mandatory Phys Ed based on fitness training
then mandatory extracurricular exercise after school (sports, boxing, etc). A higher starting
salary for Teachers at $55,000. Teachers should also wear a uniform like any other public
servant. Decorations of academic achievements should illuminate their chest as a visual display
of a teacher's services. Teachers should receive raises or pay deductions based on the
performance of student academic achievements. Homeschooling and parochial schools will be
allowed for families and communities that desire to educate their children in that manner. A propose a complete overhaul of the entire education system controlled by the Federal state so an
emphasis on history, national identity, and comradeship that the national community provides. The old college system will be dismantled completely for we want higher affordable education
thus we will implement a new national system of affordable higher education based on the guild
system providing low-cost vocational education, trade schools, specialized colleges including
domestic industry and manufacturing trade schools creating low-cost higher education. Forgive all current student debt.

@Zoltanous What was wrong with the states controlling education? Wouldn't that lead to less teaching of the state's history and erosion of state and local cultures?

I don't like the regional state system. I despise republicanism, democracy and any type of liberalism. The state system ensures a culturally, histrically and identity that is not fundamentally unitary. A nation is only a nation when it fully fits these while America has never done so.
