during summer i tried to lose weight but basically all i did is drink 8 cups of water a day and try to make a single sandwich last as my whole day's food.
stopping drinking all soda is a good thing. it's only a treat for me now. like a once a week type thing. coke has so much sugar and so many calories. i'd drink like 1-4 cokes a day and it was basically like eating 2 extra meals
