I've had the flu twice in my life and it almost killed me last time.
I couldn't even keep water down and I got severely dehydrated.

tfw your body decides you dont need 8 hours of sleep, and allows you to sleep for one hour instead.
I do that often. Not something you can do several nights in a row. But once and a while, sure.

I felt it important to inform everyone.
I dunno how I'm gonna survive today
I still have to work a night shift
Is there any time to squeeze a nap in?
Even a short one can get you through that shift.
Depends on when my body decides to feel "tired" again.
And it cant be during work.
I never can regulate my sleep.
It's always when it feels like. Not when it's best for me and my schedule.
Everyday I have trouble sleeping.
Nothing works. It'd require prescriptions and I'm not really willing to do that.
Basic stuff you can do yourself does nothing.
I have a relatively regular sleep schedual most of the time. Its just heavily offset to night owl hours.
