How many passes are going out and when are they being distributed? I know we from Oklahoma are getting their early.

I am coming from CA, arriving in Richmand at 11:40, then am heading to the park.

I'm pretty sure that there will be others arriving a little late as well.

Putting up obstacles to attendance is a bad idea. We need all we can get.

And the perimeter can handle access

If the set up crew assumes they won't need help clearing the park in lieu of polices than I suppose we can sit back

So at noon it's open up to literally everyone?

It's a much less sticky situation if the police clear the park out for us.

We can't assume they're our guys. Either they'll let anyone in or they'll restrict our guys from getting in.

I dont think it gives us exclusive access. I think it just gives us permission to setup equipment and stuff
