"LGBT+ behavior" is too broad to be workable in a legal system. Largely because "LGBT+" is a movement started by Magus Hirschfeld that supports a large umbrella of different behaviors, and since it's so broad, you see groups opposing it all across the spectrum of politics ranging from the Lesbian feminists to the National Socialists to even Trotskyists. Of course, advocacy for the movement should be punishable by death, and certain actions defended by the movement should be, but as is, the question is too blanket.
