"LGBT+ behavior" is too broad to be workable in a legal system. Largely because "LGBT+" is a movement started by Magus Hirschfeld that supports a large umbrella of different behaviors, and since it's so broad, you see groups opposing it all across the spectrum of politics ranging from the Lesbian feminists to the National Socialists to even Trotskyists. Of course, advocacy for the movement should be punishable by death, and certain actions defended by the movement should be, but as is, the question is too blanket.

The way I see it, a lot of things are like the way we drive on the road. Driving on the right works fine. Driving on the left works fine. But if you try to mix and match, issues arise to say the least.

Like, I am fine the Iroquois being largely matriarchal; at least each member knows their place in society and they still center their lives on tradition and discipline. I've met one or two people of that sort of persuasion and I can never think of how to reply. They sometimes even get things correct that are major tenets of fascism, such as removing sexual degeneracy from the homosexual community, and I never tell if they're just a real world example of the infinite monkeys typing who end up inevitably writing the best thing ever, or if something about the world is genuinely similar to how they imagine it.
