I don't even see the live stream on his fb actually
The local media in Charlottesville is basically admitting that City Council probably can not legally stop the rally from taking place at Lee
the best way to not get fired is to your run your own business
Oh good idea
The best way to not get fired is to just live off section 8 housing and food stamps

I have a little bit of experience with law, and I posted this in the wheatfield dwellers chat but I figure I should post it here too.
Are you a lawyer?
It sounds like what city council is trying to do, albeit with what seems like a biased agenda, is basically made it so it will be considered unlawful assembly to organize in that park sheerly because of the amount of people that will be there versus the size of the actual park. It's a (((somewhat))) legitimate concern but if we do not switch the park then they will have the legal authority to shut us down and excercise the rights. Someone should look up the specific laws in Virginia of like the possibly health/safety codes about amount of people per square feet of area. The fact they are offering another park shows that they are not just canceling this out of haste (they technically cannot do that just because they do not want it, although I'm sure that they want to) but rather a health/safety code. I understand the statues significance but I also understand a lot of people, especially more of the normies, might not want to come if it's "hey come get doxxed and get arrested for up to 12 months" misdemeanor. We need to think like they do, as much as we dislike them, and find the technicalities and exploit them so they cannot exploit us by using the law against us.
How long does it take to appeal?
@Trixie Dixie are you a lawyer?
Who cares about appealing
That is a good question, but whatever we do, we need to hurry up because the day is soon approaching.
Suing them is a good idea but showing up to the other park anyway is not as a group. If others do that on their own whatever.
This is being worked on.
Nobody is sitting idly hoping it gets fixed
I'm sure there will be lawyers all over it tomorrow
Yeah.
MadDimension won't lag.
We're just a bunch of whites who "happened" to meet up
oh fug
If there's any chance of us going through this process legally, I trust the high ups to handle it and get it done
@Hand Banana I don't really want to disclose what I do but I do know a good amount of the law from my previous work experience.
There can be no cucking
We aren't changing parks
Stop trying to scare people into not going
She has a valid point but yeah no one is changing parks.
I'm not saying we should either. I'm saying we (or the lawyers I'm assuming Jason has) need to fight back harder so we can win with the law.
Unlawful assembly or not.
They won't arrest anyone for going to the park
its a public park
Nope.
They wont.
