It will always be influenced by society

2019-10-21 22:32:05 UTC

our local comp has this year installed gender neutral toilets ><

2019-10-21 22:33:03 UTC

lol my old 2ndry school did as well and then closed them as they were just used for shagging

2019-10-21 22:33:05 UTC

kids dont know what jobs they want until the 20's or later, but know they are a different gender at a super young age? fuck off

2019-10-21 22:33:35 UTC

people who push this on to youngsters are sickos

2019-10-21 22:33:38 UTC

Kids cant drink till they 18 and buy at most places 25, but they can chop off their penis at 13 <:pot_of_kek:544849795433496586>

2019-10-21 22:33:43 UTC

🤡

2019-10-21 22:34:41 UTC

daddy im a T-Rex, np son, i'll get jurassic park on to this and get you some DNA implanted so you feel well adjusted

2019-10-21 22:35:50 UTC

i'd rather my kid come home and just say dad, i love the cock, my reply would be son, i understand, you're mother does too, end of

2019-10-21 22:38:33 UTC

Ethics and morals aren't the same. Morals can be anything anyone wants them to be. Ethics are decided like the rules of a game, they're much less malleable by single individuals.

2019-10-21 22:39:23 UTC

Ethics are a reflection of the state of a society. Morals are informed by those ethics, but not ultimately decided by them.

2019-10-21 22:39:27 UTC

How are you defining the difference here?

2019-10-21 22:40:04 UTC

I mainly consider the difference to be that one is Social values and the other are Personal Values but maybe that's just me

2019-10-21 22:40:17 UTC

You can also define it like that, sure

2019-10-21 22:40:39 UTC

I'm just trying to show that there's a difference between different types of moral ideas

2019-10-21 22:40:59 UTC

I believe that we should ditch the Societal Morals and simply create our own

2019-10-21 22:41:09 UTC

I strongly disagree

2019-10-21 22:41:11 UTC

We have moral values pushed on us

2019-10-21 22:41:23 UTC

Killing is always wrong for instance

2019-10-21 22:41:28 UTC

Is it?

2019-10-21 22:41:38 UTC

Yes,

2019-10-21 22:41:44 UTC

Killing is considered to be morally wrong in every situation using our current system

2019-10-21 22:41:48 UTC

I disagree

2019-10-21 22:42:01 UTC

Uh

2019-10-21 22:42:01 UTC

I believe in some cases killing someone can be morally right

2019-10-21 22:42:01 UTC

its wrong sometimes

2019-10-21 22:42:04 UTC

Actually

2019-10-21 22:42:17 UTC

The law in many countries states specifically that killing is not always wrong

2019-10-21 22:42:33 UTC

The law is different from societal moral values

2019-10-21 22:42:44 UTC

But the law is informed by those morals

2019-10-21 22:42:47 UTC

robbing that old lady for 20 quid, wrong, killing that guy who murdered a few people, perfectly acceptable

2019-10-21 22:42:52 UTC

I believe that we should simply create our own morals from our own belief

2019-10-21 22:43:03 UTC

Not base our morals on societal morals

2019-10-21 22:43:16 UTC

Killing is sometimes wrong and sometimes right, but society has decided that for you

2019-10-21 22:43:20 UTC

@Cadbal It depends on the situation

2019-10-21 22:43:28 UTC

If you were born as king of the land, would you see morals the same way as you do now?

2019-10-21 22:43:31 UTC

Theft isn't always morally wrong

2019-10-21 22:43:40 UTC

@ETBrooD Maybe

2019-10-21 22:43:43 UTC

I don't know

2019-10-21 22:43:47 UTC

Most likely you wouldn't

2019-10-21 22:43:53 UTC

sorry, i meant killing an iold lady while robbing her
