I dont think this site is correct either...
but it is a useful shield against bias accusations
it doesnt say anything in the first amendment about punishing people for yelling "fire" in a crowded area
It does give you a full breakdown of how the polling was done
it just says congress cant pass laws stopping people practicing their religion

They got rid of one allowing Slavery i think and another that allowed States to leave the Union
Both of which mainly were mainly repealed because of the Civil War
they got rid of 2 amendments banning alchohol

They would just never have a majority for it
the republican 13th amendment was put to congress in 1864 but the democrats voted it down... they lost the house in the next election... and the republicans who now ran both the house and senate put the 13th up again and got it through in 1865
You need a majority in every State Legislature
