I've spent a lot of time delving through history books to try and find examples of precisely this phenomena. The singular time I can find anything close to this was some middle eastern kingdom where the men demanded the collectivisation of women, because the rich kept getting them all

There is literally no society in history that has shamed its own men into suicide, and then replaced them with foreign men, with the local women encouraged through propaganda to breed with said foriegn men

The closest I can get to this are the many recounting's of women being kidnapped as sex slaves or brides, which has happened across history too many times to recount.

But even this is several leaps from the former.
