also, general tip for dealing with Blizzard and other such bullshit: while YOU might not use snail-mail anymore, neither phone call, email, online interaction etc. is as golden as a letter threatening legal action (even if bullshit) sent via certified mail. typically cause a company to stop dead in their tracks and fix your shit
