Something doesnt need to be challenged before to be a legal matter

2019-09-24 10:01:00 UTC

@system11 equally unhelpful

2019-09-24 10:01:16 UTC

Nothing is helpful, that's the point

2019-09-24 10:01:45 UTC

Yeah I don't think actively wanting to kill the politicians and judges is a good idea

2019-09-24 10:02:14 UTC

They clearly did it purely due to partisan reasons not legal ones, Prorogation has been used this way before in the past it is legal based on precedent they have only ruled against it because they oppose Johnson's government. It is an act of Judicial Overreach.

2019-09-24 10:02:55 UTC

Ahh yes moral fags

2019-09-24 10:03:04 UTC

The law is just making it up as they go along at this point

2019-09-24 10:03:13 UTC

There are no good ideas, you have 600 people and their pet weasels doing whatever the fuck they like and blocking an election unless it's on their terms

2019-09-24 10:03:14 UTC

You lot are fucking crazy

2019-09-24 10:03:14 UTC

i don't but only an idiot would say 'we're not leaving' 5 days before a national holiday celebrating a guy who tried to blow up all politicians.

2019-09-24 10:03:18 UTC

Well that is essentially how common law works

2019-09-24 10:03:25 UTC

To an extent

2019-09-24 10:03:33 UTC

Yes if crazy is caring about delivering democracy, we are the crazy ones

2019-09-24 10:03:56 UTC

arguably the action is unlawful if utilised for the wrong reasons, i.e. politicking, which is why they had to determine intent

2019-09-24 10:03:57 UTC

We really just need some more fanaticism from both sides in politics

2019-09-24 10:04:08 UTC

its a valid but annoying ruling

2019-09-24 10:04:31 UTC

Clement Attlee did it for almost the exact same reason in 1945

2019-09-24 10:04:35 UTC

we're crazy?!

2019-09-24 10:05:15 UTC

Johnson could have a case that they are doing this just to prevent him implementing a democratic decision, which is exactly what this is about and we all know the courts would rule against that

2019-09-24 10:05:49 UTC

The courts are corrupt

2019-09-24 10:05:50 UTC

we aren't trying to overthrow the democratic will of the people 5 days before the celebration of a man who tried to destroy all of parliament

2019-09-24 10:05:51 UTC

imagine getting cucked by a court

2019-09-24 10:05:52 UTC

LMAO

2019-09-24 10:05:57 UTC

But let the moral fags think otherwise

2019-09-24 10:05:58 UTC

Revolution time

2019-09-24 10:05:59 UTC

BOJO ON SUICIDE WATCH

2019-09-24 10:06:07 UTC

We need a Brexit Vladimir Lenin

2019-09-24 10:06:10 UTC

Revolution wont happen, Brits are too comfortable

2019-09-24 10:06:34 UTC

Or maybe another Guy Fawkes

2019-09-24 10:06:35 UTC

All of EU should have a massive revolution

2019-09-24 10:06:37 UTC

we've played that game before, it won't end how you think it will

2019-09-24 10:06:39 UTC

Despite a shitty political system and brexit betrayal. Life would need to get rather uncomfortable for there to be riots

2019-09-24 10:07:01 UTC

*dons khaki with freedom intent

2019-09-24 10:07:07 UTC

Just ripping everything up and trying again would probably be the best solution for the current situation

2019-09-24 10:07:16 UTC

Every aspect of power in the UK has been corrupted by feminism

2019-09-24 10:07:22 UTC

We really need an American style political system

2019-09-24 10:07:44 UTC

its my understanding (probably wrong) .. that the court hearing was just to see if bojo was lying to the queen... not about the prorogueing ...

2019-09-24 10:08:04 UTC

They said that Parliament should reconvene

2019-09-24 10:08:16 UTC

and it found that "he did" ... and THEREFORE..... for that reason the prorogue has been nullified
