The supreme court decision came down to their wilful misinterpretaton of one word: "Proceeding **in** Parliament".
"In"
It did happen in parliament, what they then go on to describe is what should happen if it were to be a "Proceeding ***of*** Parliament" .
See there are toilets in Parliament, if you use one then this is a proceeding in parliament.
In other words they are grasping at straws and just say I am the law
Yeah but even though parliament is being proceeded or whatever, it’s not like a deal’s going to be made before a month passes, yeah?
Yes, The Bill of Rights protects the right for the government to prorogue, though the notion of 11 judges misinterpreting the meaning of "in" opposed to "of" is, highly suspect. They must be getting a lot of money.
feminism is just a big shit test we all failed
I just don’t really see a consensus from what I’ve been reading in other places on what this actually means in terms of Brexit being cancelled. I’ve seen remainers celebrating, but it’s not like a cancelled Brexit is assured
Lady Hale
https://www.theguardian.com/law/2019/mar/24/lady-hale-at-least-half-of-uk-judiciary-should-be-female Wants female judges on a short list (not by merit)
Notorious feminist: Lady Hale created a coat of arms bearing the motto ‘Omnia Feminae Aequissimae’, meaning “women are equal to everything”.
Champions Diversity another red flag: In addition to being a self-proclaimed feminist, Lady Hale also champions ethnic diversity in the law, “where there is still a great deal of work to do”, and “diversity in social, economic and professional background”.
appeared in reality TV: Appeals to narcissism.
Broken legal traditions
Feminism is a big shit test that weak men are failing

Has her finger in the pot of Fabian society
And Emily's List
So yes. It was inevitable why she ruled unlawful
So the high court is also corrupt and biased
Of course
Courts have always been cucking for women : https://metro.co.uk/2019/09/16/woman-abused-boy-six-years-spared-jail-10750551/amp/
whilst feminists calculate and consort positions of power without merit based on short lists and inheritance
That's why they'll mock you but they can't prove you wrong
The other reason I believe the judges ruled in the way they did is simple, not just the judges or the politicians or the rich people looking to dictate. No I'd say the Queen did have more of a hand in it see, the Queen really likes Scotland and it's Scotland's highest court than went against The Bill of Rights. The English one didn't, now it would be used by the Scottish Nationalists as grounds for independence again in a more Republican "do away with the Queen" mindset if the English case were upheld. Even though with this ruling, they're doing that anyway, they would have been more hysterical if the Supreme Court threw their case away. So in a sense this is the unifying decision in the short term, yet it does pull the jobs of the Judges into question since, if any elected government with or without a majority can have their actions overturned by rich dictators, then there's not much point in voting. 👌
send the queen to the tower
boris said parliament will reconvene
and we will probably still have a queens speech
I expect one of those Assange style balcony speeches from the tower of london
Mate the queen is useless in this
the queen has been through more PMs and more US presidencies than anyone.. and personally spoken with them every day of her life... Im sure her perspective will be useful
Her perspective will be a cop out
It will be close to neutral
neutral or moderate is sometimes a good thing to hear
brings 2 extremes closer to the centre
even if they dont fully agree
Left and Right aren't going to the centre any time soon
And now we’ll get nowhere, as usual
Just further divisions
best thing BoJo can do now.. is say he will "allow" a vote of no confidence in parliament
