Correct.
And those are the most dangerous people to deal with
Whether it's religious righteous-ness or political.
It allows you to justify whatever you do.
Extremism and zealotry always lead to it.
Yes but it always swings back. Eventually. Today it's this group. 10 years from now who knows who it will be.
I sometimes feel like people cannot be balanced or neutral as a whole
The moment you stop accepting that someone is allowed to have another opinion outside of your perspective and proceed to become violent then you're absolutely in the wrong.
again, people always think that *they* are in the right. if you think youre doing the right thing, it's awfully easy to convince yourself that the ends justify the means
As the pendulum swings back we get periods of balance in society but it always ends up going too far in some direction.
It's a really curious part of the human condition that I'm not sure how to address.
This is why I put AntiFa, the KKK and BLM all in the same ilk.
They all follow the same criterium.
And all from the dems
Lol
That is absolutely true, Gamer. The mass majority of violent political groups have evolved from the Democrat party.
Is AntiFa, and BLM really that similar to the KKK?
Absolutely.
I have almost zero interactions with the KKK in the modern day
So I have no idea what they are up to
Nimble, go to youtube. Find 'Louder with Crowder' and look for his undercover with AntiFa.
I remember the Joe Rogan podcast where he mentioned that
Antifa had weapons prepared
The KKK have been expanding. Many 'Alt Right' ideologies are pretty much KKKesque.
Heather Heyer was the only death at that rally. She died to a MVC.
ethnostate level nationalism would be kkkesque
@Brokkr Watching it now.
But most common racism is from the left
I think I've seen some clips of it before
Affirmative action, "safe spaces" segregation
The MVC was caused by an AntiFa member who was harassing vehicles with an AR-15. Thus H.H. was indirectly killed by AntiFa. The driver happened to also be a political extremist. He directly killed her.
The cruel twist of fate is the fact that H.H. was a member of AntiFa herself and even had an AntiFa honor guard for her funeral.
Hmmm I didn't know that about her.
The narrative, however, is that H.H. was a 'political equality activist hit by an Alt Right extremist'. Nothing more.

"I have zero social media.
I never know wtf is going on with anything or anyone."

"Haha. I used to have Facebook. It has since been deleted."
Other than marketing and brute forcing your way into search engine algorithms, social media as we know it is an over all negative. I reopened my Facebook account at the beginning of the year, merely to login once a month and touch base with a family member or two. Other than that, I've been social media free for nearly a decade, with exception to deploying bots to search for and reply to specific subjects.

@Gamer man boy boy boy man Do we consider the types of racism from minority communities to be coming from the left? I understand that main stream leftism has a lot of blatant well known racism, however in some minority communities you wouldn't believe the types of racism and beliefs that go on.
I just wouldn't classify that as a typical leftism but I'm not sure how other people see it.

If he wasn't a software engineer I would have zero fucking clue who that was.
I wonder if you know who my grandfather was, but I'm reluctant to divulge his name, given the eyes that're on this server.
Oh, yeah. The hispanic community is a great example of that.
