some people think violence is justified though

2019-09-21 22:28:27 UTC

because they think the people theyre attacking are hurting other people too

2019-09-21 22:28:38 UTC

also idk can i say the n word here?

2019-09-21 22:28:39 UTC

Violence is only justified against those who are actively violent.

2019-09-21 22:28:45 UTC

i just erred on the side of caution cause i wasnt sure

2019-09-21 22:29:02 UTC

....and only then in the defense of oneself or another.

2019-09-21 22:29:32 UTC

It's a problem. Especially when one side of the argument thinks they are righteous.

2019-09-21 22:29:51 UTC

Doing Violence in the name of "righteous-ness" is always risk business.

2019-09-21 22:29:57 UTC

Correct.

2019-09-21 22:29:58 UTC

And those are the most dangerous people to deal with

2019-09-21 22:30:16 UTC

Whether it's religious righteous-ness or political.

2019-09-21 22:30:23 UTC

It allows you to justify whatever you do.

2019-09-21 22:30:29 UTC

Extremism and zealotry always lead to it.

2019-09-21 22:31:10 UTC

Yes but it always swings back. Eventually. Today it's this group. 10 years from now who knows who it will be.

2019-09-21 22:31:29 UTC

I sometimes feel like people cannot be balanced or neutral as a whole

2019-09-21 22:31:37 UTC

The moment you stop accepting that someone is allowed to have another opinion outside of your perspective and proceed to become violent then you're absolutely in the wrong.

2019-09-21 22:31:40 UTC

again, people always think that *they* are in the right. if you think youre doing the right thing, it's awfully easy to convince yourself that the ends justify the means

2019-09-21 22:31:55 UTC

As the pendulum swings back we get periods of balance in society but it always ends up going too far in some direction.

2019-09-21 22:32:08 UTC

It's a really curious part of the human condition that I'm not sure how to address.

2019-09-21 22:32:18 UTC

This is why I put AntiFa, the KKK and BLM all in the same ilk.

2019-09-21 22:32:35 UTC

They all follow the same criterium.

2019-09-21 22:32:53 UTC

And all from the dems

2019-09-21 22:32:57 UTC

Lol

2019-09-21 22:33:32 UTC

That is absolutely true, Gamer. The mass majority of violent political groups have evolved from the Democrat party.

2019-09-21 22:33:43 UTC

Is AntiFa, and BLM really that similar to the KKK?

2019-09-21 22:33:53 UTC

Absolutely.

2019-09-21 22:33:54 UTC

I have almost zero interactions with the KKK in the modern day

2019-09-21 22:34:00 UTC

So I have no idea what they are up to

2019-09-21 22:34:13 UTC

BLM and AntiFa are running rampant. The KKK seems kinda dead to me

2019-09-21 22:34:25 UTC

Nimble, go to youtube. Find 'Louder with Crowder' and look for his undercover with AntiFa.

2019-09-21 22:34:56 UTC

I remember the Joe Rogan podcast where he mentioned that

2019-09-21 22:35:09 UTC

Antifa had weapons prepared

2019-09-21 22:35:12 UTC

The KKK have been expanding. Many 'Alt Right' ideologies are pretty much KKKesque.

2019-09-21 22:35:54 UTC

Heather Heyer was the only death at that rally. She died to a MVC.

2019-09-21 22:36:10 UTC

ethnostate level nationalism would be kkkesque

2019-09-21 22:36:24 UTC

@Brokkr Watching it now.

2019-09-21 22:36:32 UTC

But most common racism is from the left

2019-09-21 22:36:32 UTC

I think I've seen some clips of it before

2019-09-21 22:37:11 UTC

Affirmative action, "safe spaces" segregation

2019-09-21 22:37:13 UTC

The MVC was caused by an AntiFa member who was harassing vehicles with an AR-15. Thus H.H. was indirectly killed by AntiFa. The driver happened to also be a political extremist. He directly killed her.

2019-09-21 22:37:48 UTC

The cruel twist of fate is the fact that H.H. was a member of AntiFa herself and even had an AntiFa honor guard for her funeral.
