Transgenderism generally is about those people whom have issues with their gender identity / generally those with gender dysphoria.
It includes, ways of dealing with that gender dysphoria.
Not about how to enforce it on others, like Social justice is.
See the difference now? @D3bug_logic
So if the government outlaws transgenderism thats okay
I think the issue, is the current way of "dealing" with it, is appeasement, which *requires* outside reinforcement
I would disagree with it
But there's not much I can do
which is where @D3bug_logic is getting the references to the tribunal
It would also, never happen.
@Arrias That appeasement comes through Social Justice, not through transgenderism itself
?
it's a requirement of the current "treatment"
But it isn't.
okay then lets just go with conversation therapy
The treatment is generally, therapy, hormone treatment or the operation
if it is all socially constructed lets not beat around the bush
The last two are generally linked
it's absolutely inherent. The current treatment is not to help the person to acknowledge the body they are in, but to try and reinforce the ideal body. Doing so requires outside reinforcement.
And part of the same treatment plan
and causes further strife between the real and the ideal
The treatment is provided by medical professionals
Weez persons that are gender questioning on average grow out of that and become gay. are you saying that being gay is wrong?
that's what it currently IS
Not tribunals.
Medical professionals like Money?
@D3bug_logic Nope, I'm not saying that's wrong
People can decide how to progress how they want
They can happily be gay, or look for other solutions
If they want to.
its a lie and a lie makes people weaker, making the community weaker
Serious question: in the simplest terms possible, what is the current "treatment" for gender dysphoria?
in your understanding
Depends on the person.
(based on john moneys work)
There's no one universal treatment.
Different treatment works on different people.
