Races are generally recognized using multifactoral analysis. The Human species has sufficient total population FST to fit within the category of other species which have subspecies.
It's really not that hard to grasp.
The subcategories of humans don't need to be absolutely constrained into discrete categories to justify this. If they were, they might as well be entirely different species. They are not, obviously.

Because Jym is arguing there's no biologically valid reason to use racial categories.
That there isn't a sufficient level of distinction, and that humans don't conform to discrete groups strictly enough to justify it.

Yes, we are still extremely close. Africans, Jews, Arabs, Indians, Chinese, as frustrating as some of our differences can be, are my brothers.
While I understand that, on aggregate, my culture and values are generally much more likely to conform to that of other white europeans, I can share common cause, interests, and designs with people who are not white. And there are even whites with which I share little ideologically in common.
