Trotsky if you have an issue mentally I highly advise you consult with a therapist, no one should have to fight anything like that alone. In fact my grandma has struggled with depression for a lot of her life and did not talk to anyone about it because she thought it made her weak. My grandma reminds me of you trotsky and I can tell you now that it does NOT make you a weak person, but actually strong because you're standing up to your fears.
