@Orlando Do you pan fry yor pork chops or bake them? Do you bread crumbs or not?
Sometimes fry sometimes bake to a crisp - dont use bread crumbs
Well if I make it keto, then there aren't any breadcrumbs for me to use. I can use macadamia or hazel nuts in a egg wash with a crispy outside.... or dip it in cocnut flour.

A water fast dropped the water from her body. Not the healthiest fast but still doable. A juicing fast would provide much more nutrients to the body and provide the same result.

@Deleted User I think she drank only water but didn't eat for 20 days. I don't advocate that, but one day a week might be beneficial.

Water fasting only works if you follow it up with a consistent eating plan.
If you water fast and then go eat trash food you will gain weight back quicker than you lost it.
I know this from experience
Was water fasting for 3-5 days while weight training and endurance training. for the last 3 months. Hypertrophy is the best benefit of fasting tbh.
