She learned about roux, and now, makes all our soups from scratch, green bean casserole for thanksgiving? TOTALLY from scratch, right down to making the french onion topping in a deep fryer, and using the knowledge of roux to make homemade cream of mushroom soup

tomato soup, gravies and all kinds of soups, cheese sauces for homemade macn cheese, all down to learning and mastering roux
nah, that's just cooking skill, roux is the base for any gravy etc
I'd suggest Good Eats, old Alton Brown cooking show
True, I mostly never hear anyone outside Louisiana mention roux
it's where we learned about roux, very informative about the science and history of food/cooking
When I was younger and learned about the fond and how to deglaze and cook with it that amped up my cooking game
After leaving the gym me and my girl went to a buffet and I smashed on some protein lol.

yeah key is to limit rests between sets to 60 seconds no more

1 hour of conditioning each working day.
I want to buy some weights
I'm an old guy, still wanna start pushing myself though
I wouldn’t waste money on weights at home, even though I have a home gym. I should have just gotten a gym membership
I spend 2grand on gym equipment at the house and my gym membership is only $3 bucks a month..
And the gym has a plethora of equipment to use.
I live in a suburb and have three underage children, unrealistic for me to think i'll get my money out of a gym membership
