2018-12-04 16:35:04 UTC

also, if you can find a trap bar they are more effective and less awkward than barbell deadlifts

2018-12-06 00:05:16 UTC

only way is to try it out, many things such as fiber and vit C may float ur mind but your body does not need these under carnivore diet.

Has anyone tried the Carnivore diet aka Zero-Carb? I'm on day 6, and my new years resolution is to let go 150lbs of weight, so I can stop dragging feet all day and be tired all the time and maybe I can start living life again. I got my information from the film documentary 'CarbLoaded: A culture dying to eat,' on YouTube, plus from Dr. Shawn Baker from meatheals.com

"Fad" diets like the Carnivore diet or "half carbs" or "all carbs" are generally a sign you're trying to be suckered by someone. You don't need a specific combination of your nutrients, you just need a healthy diet that fulfills all your nutrition requirements and doesn't have such a calorie excess that you continue gaining fat while exercising a moderate amount. Start by eating smaller portion sizes and exercising an hour a day, then move on to a more healthy diet and more exercise.

@Deleted User Yes, I'm aware of the fad diets, but it seems the Carnivore Zero-Carb diet been around for a very long time, it is just recently we been put on the high carb diet loaded with sugars since the 70s thanks to the FDA. Watch the film 'CarbLoaded: A culture dying to eat,' on YouTube.

carnivore diet is good

2019-01-10 08:05:19 UTC

mainly becasue it forces you not to eat and carbs or sugar

2019-01-10 08:05:58 UTC

daily reminder that you do not need carbs in your diet

2019-01-10 08:06:19 UTC

simple carbs i mean, such as chips, bagels, bread, muffins, etc...

2019-01-10 08:07:08 UTC

bread was invesnted as a cheap way for poor ass farmers and slaves to have something to eat, and didnt spoil as fast as fresh meat or veggies

2019-01-10 08:07:41 UTC

but these days people are eating a carb heavy diet without much nutrition

2019-01-10 08:08:12 UTC

the carnivore diet fixes that, and is quite healty, but has some drawbacks

2019-01-10 08:08:30 UTC

mainly people only eat one thing, steak.

2019-01-10 08:09:27 UTC

which isnt bad, but you need to eat other meats, such as fish and other seafood, and stuff like liver.

2019-01-10 19:32:25 UTC

And veggies too

2019-01-16 00:43:29 UTC

Read above

2019-01-16 01:16:47 UTC

If you only need carbs that are 'whole', that is unprocessed, without anything good being removed, then carbs are generally healthier than any other food group.

As you can see here the more keto your diet is the more diabetic it is, contrary to what their own proponents claim.
