@Flavius Stilicho I would argue that you're comparing apples and oranges here.
The above game's art style seems to be more realism focused, which by necessity is more demanding on graphics.
The below game's art style is cartoonish. It's supposed to look similar to this, although I agree it could be better. Looks kinda dull, TBH. Needs an increase in contrast.
Compare Sw/Sh with Skyward Sword
While Skyward may not have been the best Zelda game, its graphics were cartoony but polished.
