Again, he is black and not Indian. Not valid.
That’s why I said I don’t think he should have done that lol
I think if he was interested in the Veda’s by all means he should have studied it, but stayed Christian at the same time
If the Apostles travelled this earth to speak of Jesus and God, and people didn't make up their own religion based off this root, the world would be better.
You can't worship multiple religions at once, that is against the teaching of God.
But is learning and acquiring knowledge worship?
If you are learning and acquiring knowledge, it is a gift from God.
Right, that’s what I think too then
Because it’s no threat to your faith anyway
Only according to His statutes and commands.
well i need to step in and say that you can't worship a religion, but a religion is a set of beliefs, and a person is 'religious' if they live according to them.
Right
However knowledge is meanless
Sorry if I didn’t word it right then <:GWpinkuNotLikeNico:392308498282840065>
Knowledge and experience is good
There should be a balance of everything
@J_G_ That is not what I am saying. If I worship Terra and more than one collectively do so and claim her to be my god, it creates a religion.
That's worshipping the creation rather than the creator.
or woshipping the creature rather
that's idol worship.
God is pure consciousness, that's why we are made in his image, because we also have that breath of life
most of us have a limited consciousness though. sometimes it is centered around who has the biggest butt or the biggest house.
or the cobwebs in their pocketbook
That’s right 🐛
but God is infinite in scale, and if we look to him, he will reveal what we need when we need it
Religions are the guide to the destination, but not the destination
The map is not the territory.

Religion is a great map, but careful cause there are snakes in the grass who will use the scriptures.
also, I am not a doctor so take my "spiritual ideas" with a grain of salt
Even Jesse says we should doubt him too.
(if i recall correctly)
reminds me of what Jesse said, the people who are Christian, cite the scriptures but their life hasn’t changed & it’s the same old situations. But feeling as though them having a church, knowing the Bible through and through makes them feel as though they have a safety net
Yup he does
Jesse says "all in the name of Jesus"
I listen to Jesse cause he's a better copy of Christ than I am.
Aww lol
I like that he says that bc
Most ppl find a guru and follow them completely
While they may be a good influence, it takes away the persons own growth in a sense
