i found a mind blowing article claiming that islam ripped off the vedic religion. sharing a portion for @Sar and @cgbet to reflect on.

the whole reason i went into this is becaus God revealed to me that the "om symbol" and the "allah symbol" are similar in a way, and I was led to the article.

imagine if somebody created a popular religion by turning the cross upside down and then saying it was the only religion allowed on the penalty of death. That's what happened.

I think a decent litmus test for whether you are involved in a religion or a cult is that if it is open for all to come and go freely, and if there are infinite prophets, then it's probably legit. on the other hand, if you're supposed to kill everybody who doesn't believe as you do, and kill people for leaving the religion, treating people as slaves, and there's only one prophet... then that religion may be a satanic death cult.

Jesus means literally "son of zeus" and that's fine. People can say his name was Yeshua Hamashiach.

Christ means 'annointed, cherished' and that's fine as well. God made a way for those with ears that hear and eyes that see. But God is infinite in power and glory, and loves when anyone seeks him. God understands those who are sincere in their longing for his presence, regardless of what path they are on to get there. It's we humans who are stubbon and weird, not God. God has infinite patience and infinite love, for ever and ever, for in God's presence, time is not in control. and even as the adversary creates chaos, God stands at the beginning and the end of all the stories. It's only we in our vanity who believe we are changing things.
