2019-11-11 14:22:07 UTC

London vs Norf FC who would win

2019-11-11 14:23:07 UTC

norf fc hands down

2019-11-11 14:23:19 UTC

Jo Swinson could lose her seat again as well

2019-11-11 14:23:24 UTC

lmao

2019-11-11 14:23:52 UTC

Bint doesn't deserve any kind of political career

2019-11-11 14:23:56 UTC

Unless she parachutes elsewhere

2019-11-11 14:23:56 UTC

None of the traitors do

2019-11-11 14:24:02 UTC

tfw you don't like the Tories but can't wait for another 5 years

2019-11-11 14:27:20 UTC

Is it true the EU will have access to our army and money for military funding under Boris' deal?

2019-11-11 14:27:39 UTC

If you want brexit and you don't like the tories, it's a necessary evil I'm afraid

2019-11-11 14:28:03 UTC

Agreed

2019-11-11 14:28:21 UTC

"Lord Farage" is trending 😛

2019-11-11 14:29:58 UTC

Imagine Farage as a lord

2019-11-11 14:30:41 UTC

He probably will get it

2019-11-11 14:31:12 UTC

Having to refer to him as Lord Nigel Farage would send some people divvy lmao

2019-11-11 14:31:44 UTC

He'd make the HoL more interesting

2019-11-11 14:32:03 UTC

Even if he did want to abolish it

2019-11-11 14:33:25 UTC

I see no reason to abolish it

2019-11-11 14:33:36 UTC

It does its job as a tempering chamber

2019-11-11 14:33:55 UTC

He saw them as unelected people who thus shouldn't serve the public because they're out of touch

2019-11-11 14:34:17 UTC

Does its job though

2019-11-11 14:34:31 UTC

I'm not saying it doesn't

2019-11-11 14:34:57 UTC

There should be a chamber like that, but should be elected

2019-11-11 14:35:07 UTC

What's the point then

2019-11-11 14:35:13 UTC

Just have one chamber

2019-11-11 14:35:40 UTC

There can be longer terms and other differences

2019-11-11 14:36:01 UTC

we have 6 years and parliament is 4

2019-11-11 14:37:17 UTC

Or you could have elections where only lorts could stand

2019-11-11 14:37:24 UTC

*d

2019-11-11 14:38:01 UTC

Or just leave it how it is

2019-11-11 14:38:12 UTC

Isn't there too many of them on hol anyway? You could reduce it to like 1/4th or something

2019-11-11 14:38:20 UTC

*in

2019-11-11 14:52:45 UTC

its interesting that the chinese firm would put money in the failing business... they now have a vested interest in the UK doing well

2019-11-11 15:09:05 UTC

I guess that's better than it just getting randomly bought out

2019-11-11 15:11:43 UTC

Btw I've answered my own question from earlier

"“the Parties [i.e. the UK and the EU] agree to consider” a number of defence policies, including UK “collaboration in relevant existing and future projects of the European Defence Agency” and “collaborative defence projects.”

The language in the latest iteration of the Political Declaration is actually weaker than the version Theresa May struck: the former PM committed the UK to “enable” the policies, while the new version only promises to “consider.”"

Doesn't sound as bad as I thought
